1. Service Agreement and Scope

- Notify Jentera Wash of any health concerns, allergies, or special requirements that may affect the provision of services.
3. Pricing and Payments
Pricing for our services will be communicated to you through a formal quotation or service agreement. All payments are due as per the terms outlined in your invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services, and a late fee may be applied. All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules must be made with adequate notice, as specified in your service agreement or booking confirmation. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. Specific policies regarding cancellations will be provided at the time of booking.
5. Guarantees and Warranties

Any concerns regarding the quality of our service must be reported within a reasonable timeframe (typically 24-48 hours) after service completion.
6. Limitation of Liability
Jentera Wash will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or any other matter relating to our services, even if Jentera Wash has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
